260-280 grs of Vitos Neopolitan pizza dough
300 g flour
Parmigian cheese
Mazerell cheese
Olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Pizza sauce
Any other toppings.

Counter or board to work dough on
Plastic dough scraper
Medium bowel for flower
Pizza peel
Pizza oven or similar
Pizza stone

Remove dough ball from proofing box and place in bowl of flour.
Turn several times in flour.
With top of dough right side up, place on lightly flour ed counter.
Use dough stretching technique and make 10 - 11 inch circle.
First add parmigian cheese.
Add Pizza sauce.
Add mazerell cheese.
Add Basel.
Transfer to Pizza peal.
Add any other topping.
Drizzle olive oil on top and on crust
Put in pizza oven
Bake 5 minutes until crust us brown.
